Joseph Mwanza
Founder & Director
Joseph founded HIMZ with a vision to create safe healing spaces for men in Zambia. With over 15 years of community development experience, he champions vulnerability and dignified aging.
Ruth Chola
Community Coordinator
Ruth manages the HIM Gardens program, empowering men and youth with agricultural skills. Her dedication to food security and community growth has transformed countless lives in Namwala District.
Dr. Emmanuel Zulu
Medical Director
Dr. Zulu leads the H4HIM mobile medical vans, bringing essential healthcare to elderly men in remote areas. His compassionate approach ensures dignified care for all.
Grace Banda
Training & Development Lead
Grace provides mentorship and entrepreneurial training to program participants. Her innovative methods help men build self-reliance and sustainable livelihoods.
