At HIMZ, we believe that healing begins when men feel safe to embrace vulnerability. Located in Namwala District, Zambia, we challenge harmful societal norms by creating spaces where men can grow, heal, and age with dignity.
Through our flagship programs HIM Gardens and H4HIM Mobile Medical Vans,we empower men and youth with agricultural skills, entrepreneurial training, and essential healthcare services brought directly to remote communities.
Our vision is a Zambia where men seek healing without shame, foster meaningful connections, and grow old surrounded by community support. Together, we’re cultivating hope, stability, and a brighter future.
