In rural Zambia, too many elderly men are losing their lives to preventable conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and untreated infections. For many, the nearest clinic is more than 50 km away and cultural expectations of “being strong” keep them silent until it’s too late.

We are HIMZ (Health In Motion Zambia), and we are preparing to bring healing directly to these men… but we cannot begin without your support.

Provides seeds, basic tools, and training for one man to grow nutritious food and rebuild his health and confidence.

$250 – Powers our first H4HIM Mobile Clinic trips

$200 – Launches a HIMZ Livelihood
Gives one man the skills and starter materials to create a small income, supporting both wellness and dignity.
